Return and Refund Policy

Nails, Skin & Hair of America (NSHA) is committed to providing high-quality educational programs and professional resources. Please review the following Return and Refund Policy carefully prior to purchase or registration.

All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated. Requests for refunds or transfers must be submitted in writing.

Because NSHA provides educational services and digital content, returns are not applicable once item has been purchased..

There are no refunds, only transfers.

To request a transfer, participants must:

1. Submit a written request via email within the applicable timeframe
2. Include full name, course title, date of purchase, and reason for request
3. Allow NSHA time to review and respond

At NSHA’s discretion, a credit or course transfer may be offered in lieu of a refund when appropriate. Credits are non-transferable and must be used within the specified timeframe.
